Salary: $130k-150k – An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to join a Top ASX Listed Global Organisation – Hybrid Working
Role Description: Project Coordinator required to work in collaboration with an existing PMO function delivering best in class Project Services across the full business enterprise. The role will focus on supporting the IT Projects team in maintaining project documentation; assigning tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the project’s progress to team members and other stakeholders; and managing the project’s budgets.
Main responsibilities:
Engage with, educate and influence internal business stakeholders, providing expert advice on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery
Collaborating with Project and Programme Managers to produce and maintain project plans and related project control documents.
Manage programme schedule and resource dependencies and conflict between initiatives
Manage the end-to-end procedures relating to all aspects of the project lifecycle
Planning and facilitating project workshops
Maintaining issues, actions and risks logs, the project change log, as well as maintaining detailed resource plans that align to client budgets and assisting with financial reporting
Knowledge and experience:
3-5 years’ experience within a PMO / Project Support Capacity
Experience of working in a programme management office supporting business change programmes that impact across multiple functions / business areas and regions
Strong risk management, strategic planning, change management and organisational skills
RAID Management experience
Advanced skills with MS Word, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
MS project, Jira, confluence
