Salary: $160,000-$180,000 – Top ASX Listed Organization – Enterprise Data Modelling – Hybrid Working –
Role Description:
One of Australia’s most recognised ASX-listed companies is seeking an experienced Data Modeller to help shape the way information is structured, integrated, and delivered across the enterprise. This role will play a key part in building out modern data platforms and ensuring data is consistently modelled to support reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements.
About the Role
Design and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models that underpin enterprise reporting and insights.
Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, analysts, and business SMEs to ensure data models reflect operational needs.
Ensure alignment with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise standards.
Contribute to data governance and compliance initiatives, supporting accuracy, lineage, and audit requirements.
Apply modelling methodologies (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault) to support data warehouses and analytics platforms.
Provide modelling frameworks and documentation that enable scalability, reuse, and consistency across projects.
Skills & Experience
7+ years’ experience as a Data Modeller or in related data architecture roles.
Proven ability to design data models across relational, dimensional, and NoSQL environments.
Strong SQL and understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and integration patterns.
Background in data warehousing, governance, and master data management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, able to translate business requirements into modelling solutions.
Knowledge of DAMA / DCAM frameworks desirable.
