Business Analyst – Enterprise Systems Integration Contract NEW

Salary/Day Rate: $950-$1050 per day:

Short Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Business Analyst to join a Top ASX Listed Financial Services Institution working as part of an existing projects team focussing on an Enterprise Systems Integration project

Role Description 

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing Program Team within one of Australia’s top ASX-listed organisations. You will be working on a major, multi-year transformation program, delivering multiple enterprise-scale Systems Integration projects across diverse business domains. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact initiatives within a complex, multi-system environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders and shaping the technology landscape for one of the country’s most recognisable brands.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with program managers, solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for enterprise technology projects.

Analyse and map current and future state business processes, identifying integration points across multiple platforms.

Develop detailed functional specifications, interface definitions, and data mapping documents for system-to-system integrations.

Support testing activities including test planning, scenario definition, and defect resolution.

Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements, resolve issues, and achieve stakeholder alignment.

Contribute to planning, prioritisation, and delivery tracking to ensure project milestones are met.

About You

Proven track record as a Business Analyst on large-scale technology and systems integration projects.

Strong experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., Asset Management, Supply Chain, Property/Facilities Management systems).

Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and producing high-quality documentation.

Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Ability to work across multiple projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
