Business Systems Analyst / Application Systems Specialist – ERP & WMS Contract

Contract: $1100 per day – Top ASX-listed organisation – Enterprise Transformation Program across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP – Hybrid Working –

Role Description:

Join a top ASX-listed organisation on a major transformation program. This role bridges business analysis and application systems expertise — ideal for someone with hands-on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP project experience who can translate business needs into practical, reliable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed solution models, workflows, and data designs across ERP and WMS.

Partner with business stakeholders, supply chain, and inventory teams to capture requirements and improve system processes

Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage WMS performance, availability, and enhancements.

Proactively identify and resolve system issues, escalating where required, and ensuring uptime.

Conduct analysis and reporting for incidents, problems, and audit requirements.

Support system maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.

Drive process improvements, efficiency, and standardisation across warehouse, inventory, and ERP functions.

Coordinate testing and validation, ensuring successful implementation of changes.

Key Skills Needed

3–5 years’ experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms in a large enterprise environment.

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Inventory Management processes and systems a bonus

Hands-on experience with application support, data modelling, workflow design, and database management.

Ability to troubleshoot at an application/system level (e.g., reboot servers, check logs, work with vendors).

Proven background in system implementation, integration, and process optimisation.

Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work with both business and technical teams.

Document Management experience (nice to have).
