Role Description:

Digital Marketing Director required to take accountability for a world-class digital marketing function and team of digital specialists for an innovative well known Australian brand with ambitious plans to expand its operations and product lines globally. The position is full time based in the South Eastern Suburbs, offering a competitive remuneration package, flexible working environment and a great company culture.

Responsibilities:
Define and develop a fully integrated Digital Marketing Strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through SEO, PPC, Social, Email and CMS.
Drive strategic Digital Thought Leadership across the business
Lead eCommerce and digital marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
Evaluate emerging products and technologies and apply to Marketing Channels
Analyze customer and market information to build campaigns
Lead a manage a team of digital specialists and manage digital marketing budgets

Key Skills:
5+ years in a digital leadership role
Proven experience in leading branded digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
In depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, PPC, Social, Email and CMS.
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders with the ability to identify, evaluate and prioritize competing needs
3rd party Agency management experience
Excellent planning and project management skills
