An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a Top ASX Listed Global Financial Services Institution working as part of an existing projects team focusing on a largescale ServiceNow Implementation
Role Description
Project Manager required by a Top ASX listed organization to work on a ServiceNow Implementation, supporting the further roll-out of modules across the enterprise business. The successful candidate will take accountability and responsibility for coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors, ensuring they are efficiently managed and the project is delivered in line with schedule and cost expectations. The successful candidate will work closely with a high performing Projects Team to drive outcomes which align with project objectives and are delivered within a highly regulated environment. Flexible working arrangements are available, combination of remote and office to suit circumstances, offices based in the Melbourne CBD.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage the planning and delivery of multiple ServiceNow modules
Assume responsibility in key areas such as risk and issues management, requirements management, and release management
Engage with, educate and influence internal business stakeholders (at multiple levels in the business), providing expert advice on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery in line with established plans.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the best execution of projects
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience working as a Lead Delivery/Project Manager on enterprise projects.
Core program management competencies including scope management, scheduling, budget management, and stakeholder/risk management,
Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations or service improvement projects.
Knowledge and experience of ITSM, ITOM and ITAM, highly desirable
Knowledge of ITIL
Strong risk management, strategic planning and change management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Agile delivery experience
